WHAT I OFFER
There are times in our lives when we feel overwhelmed and in need of support.
As a qualified male psychotherapist and psychological wellbeing practitioner, my aim is to provide confidential and effective one-to-one counselling geared towards your needs.
I am also a certified practitioner of Reiki (initiated to the second level by Master Martine Deruisseau): I can therefore channel Reiki either directly on a person or at a distance.
Mine is a holistic approach to healing and mending, where one is not so much a patient but rather an actor of one's path toward recovery and autonomy.
I do not dissociate mind, body and emotions, as each influences the others and vice-versa.
COUNSELLING SERVICE
I offer three kinds of services to both adults and teenagers:
1. Psychotherapy and psychological assistance to overcome deep-seated or recently emerged afflictions.
2. Sophrology and mental preparation (for exams or contests, for instance, during and after pregnancy, both for the mother and the father to be).
3. Reiki channeling, either on-site or at a distance.
Some clients will need just the one session, others will enter into longer term therapy, meeting on a weekly basis for several weeks or even months depending on your needs.
LOCATION
I am based near the wine district of Sancerre, in the Loire Valley, France, 2 hours away from Paris, roughly half-way between the cities of Sancerre and Cosne sur Loire.
Consultations occur every Tuesday in the Medical Center of Jars, 18260, France.
I can travel to your home on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Each counselling session lasts for one hour.
Each sophrology and psychotherapy session is 65€ at a Medical Center, 70€ if it takes place at home.
Each Reiki channeling session lasts for one hour and takes place solely at your home (80€) - or remotely (65€).
